Kindly clarify your doubts before you make a payment for any of our membership plans. Once a payment is made, it can be partially refunded.
Refundable Amount:
We offer a partial refund, but we will deduct a 60% fee and 3% payment Gateway fee. This fee covers administrative and payment processing costs.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, follow these steps:

- Include your full name, registered email address, and the course name in the request.
- Clearly explain the reason for requesting the refund.
Processing Time:
After we receive your refund request, we will review it within 6 business days and inform you of our decision via email. If approved, the refund will be processed within 8 business days and credited to the original payment method you used.
